Meet the team

Without a doubt, the love for hospitality and brands runs in my blood. Years ago, when I had to choose between becoming a journalist, a soldier, or a bartender, I went with the latter option.

Throughout the years in the industry, I have tended or managed all styles of bars across Poland, Malta and Dubai. When the time for change had come for me, I moved to London, where I had the privilege to work with some of the finest rising brands and contributed to their spectacular growth.

«The Next Chapter» was born in London, right at the beginning of 2017, and I’d describe it as a beautiful amalgamation of everything I’ve done so far in my professional career.
